Jacob Bray Prior to university Jacob attended Brockhill Performing Arts College in Kent, studying dance at GCSE and ALevel. Having danced with Instep Dance Company for 3 years Jacob then took a gap year and worked on the GAP project 3 days a week working in dance admin and teaching on a primary level. In the future Jacob would like to both perform and choreograph.
Rebecca Charlwood Rebecca has danced from a young age, primarily training in ballet, modern and jazz. She then went on to study GCSE dance and attended Sandingham School to gain an ALevel in dance, here Rebecca performed with Sandingham Youth Contemporary Dance Company. During her time at University of Chichester Rebecca has co-created Refuge Christian Dance (RCD) company with some fellow dance students. Dance has always been an important part of her life and she hopes either to teach or perform after university.
Rebecca Edwards Prior to university Rebecca trained in ballet, tap and modern however her first taste of contemporary dance was when she joined the University of Chichester. Whilst in her second year at Burton College in Derbyshire Rebecca toured with the college company to local schools and community groups. After finishing her degree Rebecca would like to perform with the possibility of completing an MA in performance.
Brooke Helmore Brooke began to dance at the age of 10, training in musical theater and tap and the Starlet Dance School. She then went on to study dance at ALevel at the Henley College where she was presented with the Dance Award. Brooke loves to perform and after university hopes to join a touring company.
Millie Page Millie studied ISTD dance from a very young age, training in ballet, tap and jazz. She continued her dance studied at Barton Peveril College where she completed an ALevel in dance. Millie has been inspired to perform by companies such as Jasmin Vardimon and James Wilton.
Emily Robertson Emily joined Stage Coach at the age of 5 and was a member for 10 years. She then went on to gain an A* in GCSE level dance and continued her dance studies at Sussex Downs College gaining both an Alevel and BTEC in dance. Emily is currently a member of Puppik Youth Dance Company (formerly West Sussex Youth Dance) with whom she has performed curtain raisers for Flexer and Sandiland and Lila Dance Company. In the future Emily would like to perform and choreograph with her dream being to own an Interdisciplinary arts center.
Bethany Whitlock Beth began her studies in contemporary dance 1 year before starting university; prior to this her dance studies had been focused toward ballet, tap, modern and jazz. After graduating Beth would love to travel the world.
Joe Bovis Joe studied GCSE and ALevel dance at Brockhill Park Performing Arts College in Kent. Prior to university Joe spent 16 years dancing for Instep Dance Company. From doing so, he was given the opportunity to become a member of Lila Dance's Youth Company, 'Mayakaras', working with them for five years. Joe was a dancer in Lea Andersons rework of 'Flag' touring the UK and performing at the opening of Londons Royal Festival Hall along side members of The Cholmondeleys and Featherstonehaughs. He also performed a curtain raiser for the Hofesh Schecter Company. Joe has a strong interest in choreography and had his own work shown at the Royal Opera House as part of Youth Dance England's program, Young Creatives. In the future Joe would like to continue to choreograph and has an interest in becoming a creative director.
Emily Chipps Emily has trained in ballet, tap, modern, jazz, contemporary, drama and singing from a young age. She has danced for Showstoppers Cabaret Company and Pivitol Youth Dance Company where she worked with jasmin vardimon company to rework 7734. She has also won the choreography award at the British Arts London Finals and the Lilian Rowley Memorial Award for most promising young dancer. Emily has shown promise to be a successful dancer which was recognised during secondary school where she was permitted to take her GCSE in dance at the age of 12, also she won the outstanding achievement award in a level dance for getting 100% in her choreography and set study Once graduated Emily would like to tour with a company and finally teach dance.
Amy Goodsir Amy has been a gymnast from a very young age competing at British Championship level. She didn't start contemporary dance until secondary school and continued at college and university. Amy has been a part of West Sussex Youth dance company and aims to take her degree further by applying to do a masters at the end of her final year. After completing her degree she would like to leave university and perform/be part of a touring company.
Ashley Jordan Ashley began to dance at a young age, dancing with schools across Coventry enjoying tap, ballet, acrobatics and modern . He was introduced to contemporary at the age of 14 and has since danced as part of many companies including Coventry Youth Dance, Freeman Dance, Rhapsody Academy of Dance, Being Frank Youth and Highly Sprung Performance Co. Ashley has also studied other movement arts such as Parkour, Freerunning, Breakdancing, capoeira and Streetdance. Ashley has also taken part in many carnivals up and down the U.K. Whilst studying at the University of Chichester Ashley was commissioned to attend the Black History: Think tank, set up by Serendpity, where he had the pleasure of meeting the Chief Executive of The Place, Kenneth Tharp. After University he would love the opportunity to perform and later choreograph.
Andreanna Poulaki Andreanna began ballet at the age of 7 she then went on to gain an ALevel and a BTEC in dance before furthering her studies at university. Prior to university Andreanna was a member of Pivitol Youth Dance Company and Southdown College Dance Company. After university she would like to pursue a performance career abroad.
Nick Sutton Nick began his dance studies at the age of 15 completing GCSE dance. Since then he has belonged to many youth groups such as Newbury Contemporary Youth Dance Company, West Berkshire and Berkshire Youth Dance and Ace Dance Company. After university Nick would love to perform.
Sarah Young Sarah began her dance studies at the age of 3, training in ballet, tap and modern at Glynde Place Dance Studios. To further her studies she studied Alevel Dance at the College of Richard Collyer where she danced with the college company for 2 years. Once graduated Sarah would like to perform.

Phillip Mercer Phil began to dance at the age of 15 studying GCSE Dance; he then went on to study BTEC Dance for 2 years before attending University. Working as part of the technical team will aid Phil with his dissertation as he is focussing on the aesthetics of lighting in choreography. After graduation Phil hopes to teach Dance to Sixth Form Students.
Suzie Mckinney Suzie has danced all her life but began contemporary training at the age of 15. After completing GCSE Dance, Suzie furthered this at Sussex Downs College before attending University. Along with some fellow University of Chichester students, Suzie has toured with RCD to venues in Rugby and Chichester and hopes to further this during her final year at university.
Laura Parsons Laura began dance at GCSE Level after furthering her studies at ALevel she took a gap year at Springs Dance Company with their apprentice company; Elevate. During her time at Elevate the company toured for 6 weeks over the UK. Throughout her second year at University Laura and 5 others began RCD, they have begun to create works and tour. Once graduated Laura would like to take an MA in choreography and then go on to open her own company to make dance accessible to as many people as possible.

Katie Cunningham Katie has been passionate about dance all her life; training in ballet, tap, modern and musical theater before completing GCSE and ALevel Dance. Whilst at University Katie has been inspired to perform and choreograph, she has also had the opportunity to work with Puppik Youth Dance creating a curtain raiser for Flexer and Sandiland. During June 2013 Katie interned for Combination Dance Company, here she helped to create educational pieces on primary school children and took part in company class and choreographic workshops. Working with Combination Dance Company has lead her to many opportunities with their youth company and is soon to become an emerging choreographer for the company. Katie has a passion for travel and would love to create an international professional touring company.
Amelia Gill Amelia enjoys a wide variety of dance disciplines, from performing in a Lindy Hop Tap troupe on sky one’s Got to Dance, to dancing on the Royal Festival Hall’s roof in Lea Anderson’s queen's jubilee project. Passionate about the youth, dance and education she has co-created One Youth Dance Company. After experiencing the effects dance can have Amelia collaborated with artist Candida Powell-Williams to form craft and dance workshops for young creative during summer 2013. Amelia is looking forward to being part of the 3Fall admin team and cannot wait to apply the skills learnt to every venture explored after University.
Kathryn Peters Kathryn has been dancing from a very young age, enjoying ballet, tap, modern jazz and contemporary dance, and even trying her hand at Irish, Chinese and African styles of dance. She enjoys performing and has been a part of a Light Operatic society for the past four years, however, since coming to university and gaining opportunities to work with inspiring and renowned contemporary choreographers, her passion for choreography has really developed. After her time at university, Kathryn would like to continue her performance experience and venture into the choreographic circuit, creating her own work.
Lucy Fox Prior to University, Lucy studied A Level dance at Truro College in Cornwall. She also trained in lyrical, commercial and street dance allowing her to work with renowned American choreographers and perform in Los Angeles, California. Since coming to the University of Chichester, Lucy has focused on Contemporary dance gaining a passion for choreography and has also enjoyed learning and being part of the 3Fall production team. After graduating University, she would like to apply these skills of administration and production in an internship at a theatre. In the future, Lucy hopes to be able to travel and work in the arts abroad.
Maria Moore Maria has been dancing ballet, jazz and tap from a young age. Also she has studied cheerleading, gymnastics and acrobatics. Maria has had extensive performance experience at venues such as The Royal Albert Hall, Sadlers Wells and Portaventura in Spain. Upon completing her degree she aspires to open up her own dance school through which she hopes to run financially accessible classes with the goal of giving more people the opportunity to dance.
